The SABBS Board is responsible for the governance of SABBS in respect of all processes and policies relating to ethics, resources, accountability, management and controls.

Head Office and Administration

The SABBS head Office is in South Africa, and the Board appoints the Secretary and administrative staff, as deemed necessary.

Seat of the Society

The following functions of governance and representatives are based in South Africa in terms of the SABBS Constitution: Head Office, members of the Executive Committee, the SABBS Registering Authority (SA Stud Book) and the Boerboel Database.
