Breeder A seeks a permit to export a dog to Botswana.
The breeder: –
1.
obtains and completes the application form;
2.
pays the prescribed fee to the Registrar;
3.
pays the prescribed fee to SABBS; and
4.
submits the completed application form, proof of payment, and prescribed supporting documents to the SABBS Office.
The SABBS Office: –
1.
submits the application to the Registrar with the Society’s recommendation;
2.
receives the export permit;
3.
provides the permit to the breeder; and
4.
effects transfer of ownership.
Breeder B seeks a permit to export three dogs to a recipient in Germany.
The breeder: –
1.
obtains and completes a single application form;
2.
pays the prescribed single application fee to the Registrar;
3.
pays the prescribed fee to SABBS; and
4.
submits the completed application form, proof of payment, and prescribed supporting documents to the SABBS Office.
The SABBS Office: –
1.
submits the application to the Registrar with the Society’s recommendation;
2.
receives the export permit;
3.
provides the permit to the breeder; and
4.
effects transfer of ownership.
Breeder C seeks a permit to export five dogs to three different recipients in the United Kingdom.
The breeder: –
1.
obtains and completes a single application form;
2.
pays the prescribed single application fee to the Registrar;
3.
pays the prescribed fee to SABBS; and
4.
submits the completed application form, proof of payment, and prescribed supporting documents to the SABBS Office.
The SABBS Office: –
1.
submits the application to the Registrar with the Society’s recommendation;
2.
receives the export permit;
3.
provides the permit to the breeder; and
4.
effects transfer of ownership.
Breeder D seeks a permit to export three dogs to a recipient in Germany and two dogs to two recipients in Italy.
The breeder: –
1.
obtains and completes a single application form for Germany and a single form for Italy;
2.
pays the prescribed fees to the Registrar, in two payments – one for the permit for Germany, and one for Italy;
3.
pays the prescribed SABBS application fees – for two permits – to SABBS; and
4.
submits the completed application forms, proof of payment for each, and prescribed supporting documents to the SABBS Office.
The SABBS Office: –
1.
submits the applications to the Registrar with the Society’s recommendations;
2.
receives the export permits;
3.
provides the permits to the breeder; and
4.
effects transfer of ownership.
